David T. Goldenberg, M.D. graduated from the UCLA School of Medicine in 2003. He completed his internship in internal medicine at St. Mary’s Medical Center in San Francisco, California. He then completed his residency in ophthalmology at the UCLA Jules Stein Eye Institute. Dr. Goldenberg completed a two year fellowship in medical retina and vitreoretinal surgery at Associated Retinal Consultants at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, Michigan. During his fellowship, Dr. Goldenberg was actively involved with ongoing clinical research trials and he has published more than twenty papers and book chapters. He has received numerous honors and awards for his work. Dr. Goldenberg is a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American Society of Retina Specialists, and the Association for Research in Vision and Ophthalmology.
